Isa 8:9-10
9 Raise the war cry, you nations, and be shattered! Listen, all you distant lands. Prepare for battle, and be shattered! Prepare for battle, and be shattered! 10 Devise your strategy, but it will be thwarted; propose your plan, but it will not stand, for God is with us. NIV

through the valley of the shadow of death,

How many are your enemies? I guess you don’t even know but you feel overwhelmed by these supposed enemies. Don’t worry. Let these enemies devise all their strategies, I can assure you it will not work. Do you know why? It is because God is on your side. fear not for he is your shield and spear. Let all the nations gather against you, they will be shattered. You will only see the reward of the wicked. Praise the Lord!
